Okay, just realized how much of an inspiration my Dad should be for me today.
He’s 57, gets up, works out, starts rounding at multiple hospitals at 9:30-10:00 am till like 1 pm. (Rounding in sense going to each patient in a ward, checking up on progress, diagnosing new patients etc.). Then he moves on to outpatients where he gets to sit down (phew!) but only partly because he has to get up atleast once to check up on each patient. His day then ends at 11 in the night. And that’s a 6 day week. And he rounds on Sundays.
And I’m a 24 year old, who thinks working any more than 9-5 and a few hours in the night is _hard_.
